RETURNS PROCESS
Sometimes things don’t work out – we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.
To lodge a return click here, please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be approved. Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
RETURNS POLICY
To ensure your return is accepted, please refer to our return condition below. The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving at dear@vannbells.com with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
